There is nothing "fast" about this fast food service. Completely horrible service. We were the fourth customers in line at the counter so it didn't seem like it would take that long to get service. Completely wrong. After several minutes of waiting, they had only served two customers. Frustrated, we left and opted for the drive-thru. The drive-thru was no better. I had ordered five items but the cashier was obviously unable to keep up; only two items displayed on the screen. I had a question for the cashier and she was unable to answer that. I gave up and said I'd order at the window. I ordered at window #1, then got the food at window #2. No spoon was served for the Frosty. Horrible all around. Get a clue, management. Look at all the reviews here. Fire your staff or shut the place down.

The service sucks!! The drive Thur is the worse I have ever encountered in my life!! After 20min n had 2 walk 2 get my food!! WTF.... But the food was good......

Don't waste your time. My husband and I waited about twenty minutes in the drive thru for nuggets and fries (a kids meal) Ridiculous. They need to do alot better than that. You might as well walk in. (if the food is worth it)

The food is good, though I always get the impression that's depite their best efforts. I never use Drive Thru's (a waste of gas, plus walking in and standing in line is usually faster) so I can't comment on that.

Slowest Wendy's ever!!!!! The nonchalant jokers inside all need to find another line of work. May I suggest competitive knitting. If this is considered fast food, I don't want to know what slow food is. There's no reason in the world why you have only one register open at 8pm. The drive thru line was like 8 cars deep, so I figured going inside would be the better move. Wrong!!!! It took them 15 minutes to give me 2 burgers, 2 fries and 1 drink. 15 minutes!!! I've gone to this Wendy's before around the evening hour and it's always a slow pace. But last night was the absolute worst. Never again.
